REGISTRATION

PayPal is the preferred payment method.  PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit or debit card.

 

Fill out the form below to secure your team, roster spot or event attendance.  All payments must be made immediately.  Payments guarantee you a spot on a team or secure your event sign-up.  If payment has not been received, you will not be placed on a team.  Payments can be made online via PayPal or by check prior to payment deadline.

 

You may download the SIGN-UP form and fax or mail it to us. 

 

For team sign-ups, please print out the team waivers and have all team members fill them out and fax them to (813)655-9999 or bring them to your captain's meeting, prior to game 1.
