About the Tampa Sports & Social Club (TSSC)

Mission

This club brings together young sports enthusiasts through sports leagues, social events, trips and volunteer opportunities. We offer young professionals the chance to play the team sports they love, meet people who share similar interests and help build social and professional relationships within the Tampa area.

What we do

We offer coed sports leagues throughout Tampa. We also do multiple volunteer events, and organize weekly happy hours with people from all our leagues. We have moved into event planning for groups, clubs and corporations.

Target Audience

The participants of TSSC are young, social, athletic, men and women ages 21-39 living primarily in nearby Tampa communities.

Email Newsletter

TSSC sends out a weekly email to over 7500 people (November 2005) located in the Tampa area. We have featured sponsors of the month, sponsors of the week, and other ways to help companies advertise. Through marketing, we gain up to 100-150 new people every week.

Our Sponsors

Sponsorships are an important element of TSSC's future, and their success will contribute to the improved services we provide our members both on and off the fields. Current sponsors include the Bud Light, AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour in South Beach, Premier Nutrition, Tampa Mix, Naked Juiced, Muscular Dystrophy, The Review Journal and many local small businesses.

Sponsorship Opportunities

       I.            League Sponsorship    **Most Popular**

This is the most popular sponsorship opportunity that we have to offer. If a company sponsors one of our many leagues they will receive the following for a price of $600.

                                 ·            On the back of every shirt in the league it will say "Sponsored by xxx" or your company logo will be printed

                                 ·            On the website when people are signing up the web page will say "Coed Softball League Sponsored by xxxx" (The earlier you commit to the sponsorship, the longer your company name is up on the website)

                                 ·            We have an email newsletter that we send out once a week to over 3000 (Nov. 2005) young professionals in the Tampa area. TSSC will insert your company's logo in our newsletter and feature your company as the sponsor of the week. We will also write up a paragraph explaining your company and its benefits, etc.

    II.            Email Newsletter Sponsorship

This opportunity allows a business to be featured in our email newsletter as the "Sponsor of the Month". This includes the company's logo at the top left of the email newsletter as well as the words "Sponsor of the Month" directly above the company logo. If someone clicks on the company logo, then they will automatically be directed to the company's website. A company can choose to buy this feature weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. See below for the various prices:

§         Bi-monthly Sponsor of the Month = $350

§         Sponsor of the Month = $600

Along with the purchase of the "Sponsor of the Month" a company will automatically be featured on our website for 2 free months as one of "Our Sponsors."

 III.            WEBSITE:

This sponsorship opportunity allows a company to be featured on our website as one of TSSC's specific sponsors. We have created our own web page to promote the companies that specifically sponsor TSSC. We offer our thanks on the web page to our sponsors and we ask our members to take a look at our sponsors' business if they are in the market for their particular products. We include the company's logo and a paragraph promoting the business that the sponsor provides. (See example below)

                              B.            Your company graphic on our entire website

In January of 2006, we will change our website so that sponsors will constantly have a 100 x 100 pixel graphic on the right side of every web page throughout our website. This will give your company great exposure throughout the Tampa area with consumers age 21-35 with disposable income.

                                                         §            Monthly fee is $500 a month or $4000 for a whole year

      V.            Tournament Sponsorship

Throughout the year 2006 we will be running multiple tournaments including beach volleyball, soccer, and many other sports. Previous sponsors of our tournaments in our other sports & social clubs throughout the country have received the following:

                                 ·            A web page made specifically for the upcoming tournament with their company logo inserted on the page

                                 ·            Sponsors also receive a booth set up at the event for companies to promote their products, purpose, etc.

                                 ·            Continuous promotions of the tournament and their company through our weekly email newsletter

Tournament sponsors allow Tampa Sports & Social Club to throw tournaments that we would not be able to without your help. Tournaments are a great way to advertise your company or products!! The price of a tournament sponsorship is $800.

      V.            Party Sponsorship

TSSC throws parties throughout the year and companies can sponsor the one-time event. Sponsors will have the parties named after them such as "TSSC's New Years Eve Party Presented by xxx Co. " Party sponsors will also receive free email newsletter advertisements. This sponsorship opportunity can be yours for a price of $800 per party.

   VI.            Vacation Sponsorship

TSSC runs multiple Vacations throughout the year (i.e., South Beach, Mexico, Colorado, California and more) and companies can sponsor the one-time event. Sponsors will have the trips named after them such as "TSSC's Tampa Bash Presented by xxx Co. " Vacation sponsors will also receive free email newsletter advertisements. This sponsorship opportunity can be yours for a price of $800 per trip.
